Sal

Esargos draws its unlikely name from the wild, yellow-flowered, red berried asparagus bushes that are said to grow on sandy parts of the island
The arrival at Sal on an international airport descent indicates rocky planes, on the coast line, you see fancy resorts, and in the southern island is tourist city of Santa Maria with 11 miles of pure white sands, and crystal clear aquablue waters.
Sal is a top windsurfing, kitesurfing and surfing destination and offers good diving and fishing  and largest number of organised tourist activities.  My visit is to seek out the local medical facilities, just a one day trip, but I will return another time.
